Job Description

Start Date: August 2025

Student Age Group: 6-12 Years Old

Location: Hangzhou, Zhejiang

Working Hours: 40 hours (including 16-25 teaching hours)

Salary Range: 45-60K/Month (Negotiable)

Contract Length: 2 Years

Flight Bonus: 12000 RMB

Accommodation: Free housing or extra living allowance provided

Insurance: Full medical insurance provided

 

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, PGCE/QTS, NPQH would be an advantage
  2. Language: Native English speaker
  3. Working experience: A minimum of 10 years of working experience in a British curriculum school required
  4. Management experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in leading a school at a Deputy Head level and managing financial budgets. Experience at a Senior Level of leading schools in the UK

 

EXPERTISE:

  • Knowledge of the UK education system,
  • Understanding of international independent education
  • Strong pedagogical knowledge and understanding
  • Extensive expertise in the Primary phase; knowledge of secondary and/or early years including transition an advantage
