At HT Nanjing Impact Academy (HTNIA), we believe that learning can be a joyful “boundary-free” experience and that success is defined by students who are well rounded life-long learners. IMPACT not only means that you are making a positive, substantive difference, but each letter, I-M-P-A-C-T, has a special meaning and together, provides the profile of an HTNIA graduate: a student with an “Illuminated Mindset” who takes “Passionate Actions through Courageous Transformations.” We believe that HTNIA students will possess an illuminated Mindset, a global vision coupled with the ability to use innovative and future-ready skills in the most productive and successful way. We are committed to building strong and vibrant academic, artistic, and athletic programs to
serve this ideal. We also believe that education is about relationships: between peers engaged in the pursuit of excellence, between students and teachers working inside and outside the classroom, and between the faculty and families towards common goals. We structure our programs and hire our faculty and staff with these in mind.

Based on the National Curriculum Standards, the HTNIA curriculum introduces the Integrated Chinese Curriculum, PBL and STEAM, with a large theme-based interdisciplinary teaching approach, allowing children to improve their comprehensive capability and academic ability through immersion in bilingual learning. The HTNIA curriculum emphasizes holistic education: it emphasizes the wholeness and relevance of knowledge and the building of basic skill sets, and stimulates students’ interests, and helps them to inquire with the help of skills training, integration of different subjects, and social practice, etc.

HTNIA is located at the core area of Nanjing Airport Economic Development Zone – the intersection of Feitian Da Dao and Renshou Road, with a planned floor area of about 70,000 m². The campus design fully considers the development needs of children of different ages in kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, with a design concept of
integrating Nanjing’s history and culture and the natural environment, which creates a diversified and flexible space for studying and living.
