School Overview

Boston International School (BIS) is the only international school in Wuxi that has been authorized by IBO to offer courses from kindergarten through high school. As an IB World Continuum School we offer the Primary Years Program, the Middle Years Program and the Diploma Program. With a solid educational foundation, BIS develops students whose credentials are recognized and accepted by universities around the world.

BIS is designed to have a capacity to enroll over 1000 students, and implements a 16-year consistent system from 3 to 18-year-old children. From campus design to project construction, from program design of curriculum to staffing of teachers and staff, Boston International School is completely based on the standards of first-class international schools.

With the introduction of advanced educational concepts and international education resources BIS offers IB curriculum, which fosters creative and critical thinking, and the understanding and respect of multiple cultures. The school has officially become a WASC school, and is authorized by American College Board to offer Advanced Placement classes.
