Work requirements:
1. Native Speaker 2. Bachelor degree Or above 3. Degree major in Human Resource Management, Business or related. 4. 2 years management experience preferred. 5. Bilingual: English (Mandarin) preferred.
Responsibility:
1. Work closely with HR managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs, and in accordance with RISE Suzhou policies and standards. 2. Ensure all the positions within budget and filled in lead time. To identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost 3. Be responsible to set up the recruitment process and policy for further improvement and consistency 4. Complete recruiting & headcount plan. This may involve a series of recruitment process: first selecting, telephone interview, face-to-face interview, works with the hiring managers in an effective way to help them make hiring decisions, offers, reference checks and employment contracts and etc. 5. Build and maintain a talent pool and maintain in effective way. 6. To be responsible for maintaining and / or improving leaving process. Employee exit interview and analysis 7. Main contact for Native English Teacher group, help every teacher to adapt quickly to life and working environment 8. Key employee’s motivation check and analysis 9. Headcount and position change (new, leave, promotion etc.). Draft announcement and go through staffing process 10. Conduct Induction Program for new Native English Teachers 11. Assist to Academic Advisor to roll out training plan to resolve FT teaching problems, improve FT teaching quality and enhance entire FT group performance 12. Assist HRM to handle other daily operations
